peevish. And it was painful for me. She wanted to slim up before our
marriage.
I believe body fat can not defy human wisdom. In fact nothing can defy
human wisdom, provided it is properly applied.
Q: So, it was power of love that pushed you to invent this diet plan.
(Grinning) Yes, you are right love can perform miracles.
Q: What amazes me is the fact that Oprah has all dieticians,
nutritionists, weight loss experts and doctors at her door-step and yet
she has been struggling with her few extra pounds for years, whereas
your dieting system has not failed, as has been reported, on a single
person ; how do you account for this success?
Well, I believe sometimes our bodies do not respond well to high
profile treatments, whereas a very simple cure can prove to be a very
perfect solution. I know hundreds of such examples. My dieting system

Weight watchers will charge $ 30 sign up fee. You have to attend weekly
meeting and pay $ 11 for each meeting. So, the first month will run you
about $ 74.00. And after this it's about 44.00 per month. And, don't
think of skipping a meeting. If you will, you will have to pay penalty.
They tell you that you can eat anything you want as long as you are
within limits of 22 points per day. A slice of chocolate cake, even a
small one is about 13 points
Books could be really very good medium of teaching and training people
how to lose weight if these are written with honest intent. I have read
quite a few books and e-books and I found almost all of them immersed
in boring scientific jargon and needless details. Out of whole book you
will find just one or two pages of useful information.

There are many reasons for weight loss to slow down or stop while
low-carbing. Read any of Dr. Atkins' books or follow any of the
low-carb websites and you will find lots of possible explanations. They
dont mind passing blame of slow rate of weight loss to low thyroid
function and yeast infections.
If you are an overweight person low fat food will help you lose weight
to a certain degree or at least it will put a stop on weight gain,
provided you dont start over-indulging on other foods. It has been
seen that people who were on low fat foods were very careless at other
foods, without realizing that they were swallowing even more calories
than they were sacrificing.
People don't realize that low-fat foods are not always low-calorie
foods. A recent study lead by Dr. G. D. Brown has found that level of
blood sugar in people on low fat diet was much higher than people on no
diet. The same study found that low fat brands were much higher in
calories and sugars as compared to regular ones.
Low fat foods have been on the market for more than two decades, and
have been used by millions yet our society continues to increase its
number of overweight and obese people each year. If low fat diets are
so effective why don't we lose weight? The truth is that low fat diets
are one more addition to long list of failed solutions to mammoth
problem of weight loss.
Low calorie dieting suffers too because eating low calories slows down
the bodies fat burning engine and ruins the chances of losing weight.
You may see some temporary weight loss but starving yourself on low
calorie diets is not the answer.

Q: What is biggest cause of obesity in western societies according to
your findings?
People living in our modern Western culture tend to be overfed and
malnourished at the same time. It means we are eating far too many
calories, but too few actual nutrients. It's because the food companies
process out most of the nutrition in order to create their brands of
manufactured or processed foods. For example, a grain of wheat straight
out of the ground contains measurable levels of magnesium, healthy
oils, protein, bran and a number of vitamins and minerals, including B
vitamins. But by the time it is processed by a grain milling company
and turned into bleached flour, it is missing as much as 98 percent of
the original nutritional content of certain minerals.
Malnourished stomach is always hungry. Our bodies crave for missing
nutrients. But instead of filling them with required nutrients; we fill
them with fattening foods. For example, when our bodies crave for
chocolate, actually they are demanding for magnesium. Now eating a
chocolate bar may meet the need for magnesium but what about
accompanying calories and fats? Of course they will convert into body
fat.
Q: How does your dieting plan work?
If you are an overweight person, you have two enemies to
fight-----------body fat and water retention. In order to get rid of
fat, you have to cut off its supply line first so that you do not gain
further weight. Now, you have to burn existing body fat and drain out
excessive water lurking in your body tissues and at the same time you
have to feed your body with nutrition that it lacks. As a result, you
do lose 12 pounds or more every 9 days--------------no matter how
obstinate your fat is. And you dont have to eat costly foods for that.
Daily foods that are available on any grocery store can do this
miracle.

Q: How can one lose weight without gym?
It is food that makes you overweight or underweight---not gym. So, if
you want to lose weight, you have to make corrections in your daily
dietary intake. Role of gym is secondary and complementary. It can help
you lose weight a bit faster, tone your body and stay in shape; but it
cannot solely help you lose weight unless you make corrections in your
diet. Whereas, right diet can help you lose weight faster than anything

effort to lose weight----which is, of course, correction in dietary
intake. My girl friends example is in front of you. She tried every
gym and jenny but she could not lose weight more than few pounds that
she would put on back within days; whereas, my dieting system has
successfully helped her lose weight within few weeks. She ate to her
hearts content and yet lost weight. She is really fond of eating
(smiling). As I have told you, she hates going to gym.
You will be amazed to know that not a single person has failed to lose
weight with my weight loss system.
Q: How did she manage to lose weight finally?
My diet plan spans over 9 days only and it is not very strict diet. You
eat bellyful of recommended foods all the day long. Eliana was happily
ready to use the diet because she was allowed to eat a list of foods to
her hearts content and she did not have to join gym either.
I convinced her not to weigh herself before expiry of 9 days. After 9
days, we were together when she weighed herself. We both were amazed to
see that she had lost 9 pounds in 9 days. Her joy was worth watching.
After 3 day's pause, she repeated this diet and lost 11 pounds this
week. Finally, a day came when she was on the verge of being anorexic.
She lost 87 pounds in 14 weeks. It was unbelievable.

Q: Why do you sell this diet plan, why dont you give it for free to
people?
If you compare it with other weight loss systems, it is almost free. If
you see its results, it is priceless. It has not failed on a single
person. People spend half of their lives, one third of their fortunes
and precious hours worrying about their growing inches. My plan will
save them money, time and effort. It is just one weeks fee of an
ordinary gym or say it is just one dinner outside with a friend.
In order to get my website running and reach people who need my diet
plan, this price is a must. If I do earn some money as a result, I
think I deserve it. I have spent lots of time, money and brains
inventing this diet plan.
Q: Has any financer offered you to finance your dieting system?
Yes, after my interviews on TV channels and in newspapers, quite a few
publishing companies have offered me to publish my book in print.
However, I have not accepted any of the offers. I know saying "yes" to
any of the offers would have, immediately, added few zeros in my bank
balance, but I have chosen to venture all alone. As I have told money
is not my foremost consideration. I want to help people in my own way.
Q: Why was your girlfriend not able to lose weight with conventional
methods?
Actually, she would lose few pounds whenever she tried any crash diet
or joined any weight loss center but gained back a little more than
before as soon as she resumed normal food. She is not a gym girl.
Conventional weight loss methods put the entire burden on you. Weight
loss centers require you do hours of hard exercise; whereas, almost all
diets require you to starve yourself. So, in the end, it is you who has
all the responsibility of losing weight. Because overweight people
either don't have sufficient time to do hard exercises or they don't
have that level of endurance to spend hours in gym. Whereas others can
not resist to pangs of hunger, so the result is always total failure.
